Imagination and the Misfit Kid

Timothy McKenzie, who goes by his stage name, Labrinth, is renowned for giving us delightful, moving music. Some of his major hits like, ‘Jealous’, ‘Beneath Your Beautiful’, ‘Thunderclouds’ and ‘Genius’ are some of our absolute favourites and we have been eagerly waiting for him to drop new music.

Well, our prayers have been answered and we’re super excited because Labrinth recently released his new album called ‘Imagination and Misfit Kids’. The album has been underworks since 2013 and is based on the life of the British singer.

This album is totally worth the wait, because the star has included collaborations with Sia and Zendaya- two queens we just can’t get enough of. A pleasant mixture of pop, R&B along with electronic sensibility, this album is promised to make you feel words in ways you never knew possible.

From ‘Miracle’ at the beginning of the ‘Misfit Kid’s’ narration, to ‘We’ve Made It’ at the end, Labrinth goes full circle in this album about his life. In a press release, Labrinth calls the album “the beginning of madness” and we all know what that means, 2020 is gonna be a real banger and our soft hearts are ready for it.
