Jack Harlow Teases New Single ‘Nail Tech’, Slated For Release This Friday

Jack Harlow has revealed that ‘Nail Tech,’ his first new music since August, will be released this Friday (February 18). On 15th February, the Kentucky rapper revealed the track’s title and artwork on Twitter. You can check it out below.

Harlow’s debut album, ‘That’s What They All Say,’ was released at the end of 2020, and despite a string of high-profile collaborations with Lil Nas X, Eminem, and Ty Dolla $ign, he hasn’t produced a solo tune in over a year. Harlow followed up the announcement today by claiming: “No one in my generation can f**k with me. You will see tomorrow.”

He released a minute-long video last week mocking his lack of new music. His therapist asks him how his job is going during a mock therapy session, saying: “I take it you haven’t picked a new single? I’m just saying this is our 28th session, it’s a little overdue. Even my daughter is asking ‘Mom, when is dropping his new song?’”

He collaborated with Pete Davidson on Saturday Night Live last year to use an Eminem parody to better explain NFTs.

Last month, Davidson returned the favour by making an unexpected cameo onstage at Harlow’s Los Angeles event. During the concert, the comedian joined Harlow for a brief cameo, taking the mic to assist Harlow in performing a cover of his 2021 single ‘SUVs (Black on Black)’. On the track, which originally featured guest vocals from Pooh Shiesty, the two exchanged lines.

On December 31, Harlow appeared as a guest performer alongside Davidson at Miley Cyrus’ Miley’s New Year’s Party, which aired live on NBC and its streaming platform Peacock. Saweetie, Brandi Carlile, Anitta, 24kGoldn, Kitty Ca$h, and Cyrus’ younger sister Noah also performed at the show.
