Jason Statham Stars in Intense ‘A Working Man’ Trailer Written by Sylvester Stallone
Jason Statham returns in a high-octane action movie.
The first trailer for ‘A Working Man’, starring Statham as Levon Cade, a former special forces man who is now a construction worker, was published by Amazon MGM Studios. When human traffickers kidnap his boss’s daughter, Levon sets out on a mission to save her.
After his wife passed away and he retired from the Royal Marines, Levon appears to be spending a tranquil life in the trailer. With his boss (played by Michael Peña) and his family, he discovers a new sense of belonging. Levon takes matters into his own hands and sets out to find the kidnappers after the boss’s daughter vanishes after a night out.

As he looks into the incident, Statham, 57, is shown fighting through several action-packed scenes and encountering people smugglers. In order to get weaponry, he joins forces with a former military acquaintance (David Harbour), revealing a network of corruption including both government officials and organized criminals.
Statham and director David Ayer, who previously collaborated on the 2023 action movie ‘The Beekeeper’, are back again in ‘A Working Man’. The story was co-written by 56-year-old Ayer and Sylvester Stallone, who starred with Statham in the ‘Expendables’ series. Chuck Dixon’s 2014 book ‘Levon’s Trade’ served as the inspiration for the movie.

“Levon Cade left behind a decorated military career in black ops to live a simple life working in construction,” the movie’s synopsis says. However, his quest to bring his boss’s daughter home after she is abducted by human traffickers reveals a corrupt society that is beyond his wildest expectations. Tagline for the movie: “Human traffickers beware.”
Eve Mauro, Cokey Falkow, Maximilian Osinski, Jason Flemyng, Arianna Rivas, Noemi Gonzalez, Merab Ninidze, and Emmett J. Scanlan are also in the cast.
On 29th March ‘A Working Man’ will be released in theaters.
