Jay-Z Has Revealed That He Will be Featured on Pusha T’s Forthcoming Album

Pusha T has announced that Jay-Z would perform on his new album, the title of which has yet to be revealed. The Clipse rapper spoke about the new album, as well as the Kanye West and 88-Keys produced ‘Diet Coke,’ which was released earlier this month, as a guest on the Millions Dollaz Worth of Game show.

The song was the rapper’s first for the year, and it hinted at more to come. Pusha talks about his early days in hip-hop, his feud with Drake, his love for Virgil Abloh, and what to anticipate from his return in the new interview. When asked about earlier collaborations with Jay-Z, such as ‘Drug Dealers Anonymous,’ he stated, “I got three songs with him now,” adding that one of them is “something for the upcoming album.”

“I don’t know if I was supposed to say that,” he goes on to say, before adding “he got busy”, referring to Jay-Z’s work on the track.

“It takes a long time to make a Pusha T record,” the rapper explained. “It takes a long time to put this shit together, but once it does, there’s no stopping it.” That’s something we’re putting on everything.

“I don’t give a damn what people say or how they behave. None of that matters to me, regardless of how popular they become. There’s nothing wrong with it. Man, I’m on some one-hundred percent rap superhero crap. There is a great deal going on.”

Pusha T recently explained why he uploaded a contract with a comment thanking Kanye West on social media. While many assumed he had broken up with Ye, Pusha clarified the situation, stating that he will always be associated with G.O.O.D. Music.

“Actually, the contract was just [Kanye] signing over my back-catalog revenues as well as the profits from this album.” On Complex’s ‘360,’ King Push told Speedy Mormon, “Just straight to me.”

“It wasn’t anything terrible… ‘Nah, you take the money,’ he said flatly. I don’t know what else to show you if that doesn’t prove that’s your bro… It was a noble act.”
