This past weekend, Jenna Dewan made it a family event, demonstrating her complete acceptance of her role as a dancing mom. On her Instagram Stories, the 43-year-old ‘Step Up’ actress posted snippets of her experience supporting her 11-year-old daughter Everly at the Celtic Irish Dancing Academy Championships.
Everly, Dewan’s daughter with ex-husband Channing Tatum, was seated at the competition with a friend when Dewan began her posts. Later, she joined in the fun with her youngest kid, Rhiannon, who is 4 months old. The adorable behind-the-scenes video shows Rhiannon’s wide-eyed gaze at her surroundings as Dewan’s fiancé, Steve Kazee, held her as though she were dancing with her big sister. With a simple remark that included the dancer emoji “💃🏻,” Dewan laughed and swivelled the camera to show Everly’s competitors getting ready for the competition.

Dewan also gave Kazee behind-the-scenes photos. In one, she is carrying her toddler while reclining on the floor, with the comment, “Dance mom life.” Kazee cuddled up to Rhiannon in another picture, and Dewan joked that he was “the only person who looks good in the terrible ballroom lighting” that is frequently seen at Irish dance events.
These candid intimate moments follow Dewan and Tatum’s celebration of Everly’s remarkable victory at another Irish dancing competition last month, during which Tatum was engaged to Zoë Kravitz. Everly won two large awards in September, and her parents proudly posted their happiness on Instagram.

Tatum expressed his delight and excitement by sharing a number of pictures of himself and Everly holding her medals. “YESSS EVIEEEEEE!!!” Dewan also shared a photo of Everly on the podium with her awards, heartily encouraging her kid. So happy for you! I enjoyed seeing you shine so brilliantly up there.
