Jennifer Affleck Declares Herself the ‘New Jenny from the Block’ in Viral TikTok

Jennifer Affleck is stepping into the spotlight.

Ahead of the premiere of ‘The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’, the 25-year-old TikTok star-turned-reality TV personality was seen getting glammed up in a new TikTok video. In the clip, Jennifer, a mother of two, is getting her hair done at castmate Jessi Ngatikaura’s salon, all while grooving to Jennifer Lopez’s iconic song ‘Jenny from the Block.’ 

The song choice is particularly playful for Jennifer, who shares the name Jennifer Lynn Affleck after marrying Zac Affleck, Ben Affleck’s cousin, in June 2019. Zac is Ben’s first cousin once removed, with his father, Dave Affleck, being a first cousin to both Ben and Casey Affleck.

Jennifer first revealed her connection to the Affleck family on TikTok in September 2022, shortly after Ben Affleck married Jennifer Lopez and she took his last name. In a humorous TikTok video, Jennifer joked, “When you thought you were going to be the next JLO. But instead … she stole your name & you’re busting it down to Ms. Rachel,” while dancing to ‘Wheels on the Bus.’

Fans will get to know more about Jennifer and the rest of the cast when ‘The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’ premieres on Hulu.
