Johnny Depp Enjoys Bartending Experience at a Bahamas Restaurant

Johnny Depp is enjoying life in the Bahamas!

The 61-year-old actor recently spent time with bartender Ralph Zoilo at the High Tide Café. Zoilo, who goes by "killerbartender" on Instagram, posted several photos and videos of Depp’s visit. One clip shows Depp sipping a drink Zoilo had prepared, while another picture features Depp behind the bar holding a drink as Zoilo stands beside him with cash in hand.

In a video, Depp humorously references his iconic ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ character, Jack Sparrow, saying, "I know why the rum will be gone," and adding, "It's not gone yet, but I know how to make it disappear." Depp praised the bartender's creation, calling it "badass rum" and urging Zoilo to copyright the recipe.

Zoilo shared more highlights from the actor's visit on Instagram, revealing that Depp had been staying on his private island in the Bahamas for a week and stopped by for the house special drink. "Once in a lifetime moments with Mr. Depp," Zoilo captioned the post.

Before his Bahamas getaway, Depp had been keeping a low profile over the summer. However, in July, he was seen on a Mediterranean yacht with his friend Will Smith, as reported by PEOPLE. That same month, Depp performed with Andrea Bocelli at a concert in Italy, playing the guitar in honour of the late guitarist Jeff Beck.

Depp last posted to his Instagram grid in May, promoting his film ‘Jeanne du Barry’, his first movie release in years. More recently, he paid tribute on Instagram Stories to late actor Tamayo Perry, who appeared with Depp in the 2011 ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ film ‘On Stranger Tides’ and tragically passed away in a shark attack in June. Depp remembered Perry as "a lovely man, with a huge heart and zest for life."
