The Jonas Brothers hop back in their game with their new music video for "X" - a collaboration with Latin star Karol G. Hopping on the Latin acoustic pop train with this new track, social distancing never looked as good as it does in this music video.
The music video sees the Jonas Brothers and Karol G dancing to the track, from their respective homes with self taken videos, in collaboration with "directors over Zoom call". The boys are slick in their outfits, while Karol G serves up some serious glam in a red dress. As per usual, Nick and Joe groove to the lyrics while Kevin draws attention to his trusted companion - the guitar.
As far as quarantine videos go, this one by the Jonas Brothers and Karol G serves up some real inspiration. Complete with its use of stop motion animation, and snappy cuts, it makes you want to get up and dance, just as much as the track itself.
The Jonas Brothers announced the release of the song late last week via Instagram, and have put out the track and music video in quick succession. Since their comeback in 2019, they've been active on the music scene, with every single performing well on the charts. "X" marks their first dip in the Latin music pond, and fan reactions have been positive.
