Jonas Brothers Debuted Their Song ‘Walls’ on ‘SNL’ And Performed ‘Waffle House’
The Jonas Brothers performed their latest songs from their upcoming release ‘The Album’ during ‘Saturday Night Live’. The trio opened with their new single ‘Waffle House’ and followed with the debut live performance of ‘Walls’ which features Jon Bellion. The performances were backed by a choir and featured Joe Jonas center stage, with brothers Nick and Kevin by his side.
“What an unforgettable night being back on the @nbcsnl stage for a third time together,” the Jonas Brothers wrote on Instagram. “Thank you to SNL for having us and to the incredible @theofficialsuperstar. Shout out to our amazing band and @jonbellion @kirkfranklin for joining us last night on ‘Walls’ and ‘Waffle House’. We are so grateful for all the love and support.”
‘Waffle House’ is the second single from their album ‘The Album’, and follows the soaring lead single ‘Wings’. “‘Waffle House’ was born from a simple but powerful idea: When you sit down with the people that matter most, anything is possible. This song isn’t about a restaurant, it’s about coming together with the people you love and making your dreams come true,” the trio said about the track.
Molly Shannon reprised her character Sally O’Malley for a sketch which featured the Jonas Brothers. She also hosted the corresponding episode of ‘SNL’. The Jonas Brothers recently announced that they will be heading to Yankee Stadium in New York for a special, one-night-only concert soon. They will perform their five albums throughout the show, and also include their upcoming sixth studio set.
