Jonathan Majors Calls Hollywood Support ‘Fantastic’ as He Returns, Praises Michael B. Jordan

As he returns to Hollywood after recent legal troubles, Jonathan Majors appreciates the help he’s had from his peers, especially Michael B. Jordan.
Majors, 35, is getting ready for the March 2025 premiere of ‘Magazine Dreams’, his first major part since his 2023 trial, in which he was convicted of misdemeanour third-degree assault and second-degree harassment.
Majors talked about the importance of having friends and collaborators support him during his March appearance on Sherri. He thought back to times when he wanted to give up yet persisted. It has made all the difference to have others he views as brothers, such as Michael B. Jordan, believe in him.
He talked about getting to the point where his peers informed him they saw him, loved him, and had faith in his future. “That meant the world,” he remarked.

Jordan praised Majors’ fortitude and perseverance over the struggle in a February 2025 interview with GQ. He indicated that he would be happy to collaborate with Majors once more and conveyed his satisfaction that he was doing well. Jordan publicly demonstrated his support by posting the ‘Magazine Dreams’ trailer and clapping emojis on social media.
Additionally, Majors feels the support of the larger community, particularly Black women. He talked to Sherri Shepherd about the significance of women stopping him on the street, praying with him, and encouraging him to keep going. He admitted that self-doubt might result from past trauma, but that encouragement makes him feel stronger and more motivated.

In March 2023, Majors’ legal issues started after an altercation with his ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari. Despite not going to jail, he had to finish a domestic violence treatment program. In November 2024, Jabbari subsequently dropped a separate complaint against him, dismissing it with prejudice.
On 21st March 2025, ‘Magazine Dreams’ will make its theatrical debut. After that, Majors is apparently going to play the lead in the revenge thriller ‘Merciless’.
