Perry announced the news on Twitter, indicating that the performance would be based on her current Las Vegas residency, PLAY. “Can’t wait to bring my slice of Sin City to the Big Apple,” she wrote.

Perry’s Las Vegas residency began on December 29 and will run until mid-March at The Theatre at Resorts World resort/casino. Perry rolled out a 16-foot-tall toilet, rode a big snail, and more on the show’s opening night.

Perry performs a career-spanning set that includes songs like ‘California Gurls,’ ‘Hot n Cold,’ ‘Waking Up in Vegas,’ ‘I Kissed a Girl,’ ‘Teenage Dream,’ ‘Roar,’ and more, as well as her current Alesso collaboration ‘When I’m Gone.’

Last weekend, Jack Antonoff’s Bleachers performed ‘How Dare You Want More’ alongside his father and the Bruce Springsteen duet ‘Chinatown’ on the inaugural Saturday Night Live of 2022.
