American pop star, Katy Perry, is known for not taking herself seriously. She’s always up for a joke. Whether she’s at the receiving end of one or being the fun-loving jokster she is, she’s always got a smile on her face. And this pandemic has not stopped her in the least.
If you didn’t already know, Katy Perry and her other half, actor Orlando Bloom, are expecting their first child together. The reveal will probably go down as one of the cutest reveals in internet history. Perry put out a song called ‘Never Worn White’ and showed off her baby bump for the first time, confirming all the rumours.
Cut to 11th May, and all that tear-jerking sentiment has turned into good old laughter. Katy Perry shared a video of a recent ultrasound on her Instagram. In the black and white grainy video, you can see the Perry-Bloom daughter seemingly flipping off her mother from inside the womb. In the caption, Katy wrote: “when your unborn daughter gives you a middle finger from the womb you know you’re in for it”. She cheekily ended the post with the hashtag “#happymothersdaytome”.
Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom met in 2016, and began dating. After a brief break up, they got engaged and have been serving serious couple goals ever since. The two are currently quarantining together. Perry continues to feature as a judge on the latest season of American Idol. Dazzling in a different quirky costume everyday, she’s been making the internet laugh week after week.
