During a holiday discussion, Kelly unveiled her Christmas wish list, expressing her desire for plastic surgery, particularly gesturing toward her neck. Despite her parents' immediate advice against it, with Ozzy urging her not to go through with it, Kelly insisted, "I just think it's my time."

Sharon conveyed her belief that it was "too early" for her daughter to embark on plastic surgery, prompting her son Jack Osbourne to inquire about when she herself began her journey into cosmetic procedures. "How old were you when you first started your path with cosmetic surgeries?" he asked.

Kelly clarified that despite it being hard to believe, she was anticipating the new decade. The family then delved into a conversation about the swiftness of time. "Can you believe it?" she exclaimed. "I'm not bummed out about it. I'm excited because I feel like when you're 40, you get respected more."
