Khloé Kardashian and Scott Disick Reveal Why They’re Waiting to Date Until Their Kids Are Older
To concentrate on raising their kids for the time being, Khloé Kardashian and Scott Disick have chosen to put their romance on wait until their kids are older.
In the inaugural episode of Khloé’s podcast, ‘Khloé in Wonder Land,’ the two discussed their relationship philosophy and how their kids come first. Kardashian and her ex-husband Tristan Thompson are parents to a 6-year-old girl named True and a 2-year-old son named Tatum. Disick’s three children from his marriage to Kourtney Kardashian Barker are sons Mason, 15, and Reign, 10, and daughter Penelope, 12.
Khloé questioned Disick about if he talks to his children about dating and how he handles it. Disick acknowledged that his children want him to be with someone and are interested in his romantic life. He clarified that until it’s a committed, long-term relationship, he has no interest in bringing someone new into their lives. He revealed that until he is certain about a connection, he does not want his kids to develop attachments to anyone.

Disick stated that he would rather devote all of his attention to his children for the time being, figuring he will have plenty of time to consider partnerships in the future. He also mentioned that his youngest child, Reign, is ten years old and that he will have more freedom to date seriously in roughly eight years when his kids are older.
Kardashian acknowledged that she may believe Disick was overanalyzing the situation if she weren’t a single mother herself, but she agreed with his point of view. She can, however, relate to Disick’s feelings because she is in a similar situation. She made it clear that dating is not something she is currently focusing on because her children come first.

Kardashian said she’s happy spending her time with her children for the time being, but she’s not sure what might occur in a year or two. She also thinks that the best thing they can do as parents is to put their kids before dating.
Although Disick isn’t in a rush to actively look and run the danger of being let down, he did express optimism that he and Kardashian would ultimately find the appropriate companions. Kardashian concurred, pointing out how difficult dating has gotten in the present era and how it feels different from earlier times. For now, both are content to concentrate on their parental responsibilities.
