Kilby Block Party Will Feature Phoebe Bridgers, Mac DeMarco, Animal Collective, and More
Kilby Block Party in Utah has released a lineup that includes Phoebe Bridgers, Mac DeMarco, Animal Collective, and more. The festival’s third iteration will take place on May 13 and 14 at Library Square in downtown Salt Lake City, with tickets going on sale on 1st February.
On Friday, Mac DeMarco, Clairo, and Mild High Club will perform, followed by Pheobe Bridgers, Steve Lacy, and Animal Collective on Saturday. Bartees Strange, Soccer Mommy, and Car Seat Headrest are among the other famous artists on the line-up. Last year, the intimate indie event featured Young The Giant and Built To Spill as headliners.
Kilby Block Party is DeMarco’s second spring tour date, which he has confirmed for 2022. The Strokes announced earlier this month that Mac DeMarco will take the place of IDLES as the opening act for their rescheduled New Year’s Eve show, which is now set to take place on April 6 at Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
Bridgers will also be on the road this spring, performing at festivals such as Lollapalooza Brazil, Paris, Chile, and Argentina, as well as Coachella and Forecastle. Meanwhile, she shared her approval of a mash-up of her hit ‘Kyoto’ with The Killers’ classic ‘Mr Brightside.’
