Kim, Khloé, and Kourtney Kardashian, Robert Kardashian's daughters, are unsure of what their lives would be like now if he were still living.
The Kardashian sisters commemorated the fifth anniversary of the UCLA Robert G. Kardashian Center for Esophageal Health, which was founded in their father's memory following his death from esophageal cancer in 2003, in an episode of ‘The Kardashians’. Each sister shared their ideas on what he might think of their lives today due to the visit, which caused them to consider his legacy.
Although Kim, 44, conceded that her father wouldn't have approved of all they did, she said he was funny and enjoyable. Joking that she would have been "grounded for life" if he had remained, she acknowledged that he would probably be unhappy with some parts of their lifestyle.

Khloé, 40, also remembered her father's silly nature and his love of jokes. Although she had a suspicion that he wouldn't approve of some of their decisions, she thought that his presence might have encouraged them to make fewer errors.
Kourtney, 45, said her father would have loved participating in their pranks, appearing on their reality shows, and feeling proud of the family they had created.
Kim felt that their father would be most proud of the UCLA Foundation's efforts to further research on esophageal cancer. Although they were unable to save his life with the resources at their disposal today, she was thankful that they now had the chance to assist others.

From 1978 to 1991, Robert Kardashian Sr. and Kris Jenner were wed. Together, they had four children, including their 38-year-old son Rob. After a short fight with cancer, he died in 2003. Kourtney reminisced on his diagnosis, adding that while they didn’t know it was stage 4 at the time, they knew he had cancer. She also talked about how people sometimes come up to her to thank the foundation and tell her how many lives it has changed in her father's honor, which she finds very significant.
