The ‘Bravo’ personality, standing at five-foot-two, reflected on her weight journey, mentioning, "I don’t want to lose any more weight. As a proud mother of four, Kyle further shared with the magazine that she is prepared to introduce variety into her gym routine. Explaining the need for a change, she stated, "But I need to change up my workouts because my body has become accustomed. I have this trainer CoryG Fitness on Instagram and he’ll email me a routine. You have to keep changing it constantly; otherwise, the progress will halt."

Even with her weight loss journey, she underscores that her objective extends beyond mere physical appearance. Reflecting on her mindset, she remarked, “When I was younger, I used to work out to lose weight. Now it’s for me first and foremost, my mental health. The fact that it makes me look good is just a bonus.”
