Kylie Jenner Flaunts Curves in Figure-Hugging Bodice at 2025 Met Gala
At the 2025 Met Gala, Kylie Jenner is making another fashion statement.
Kylie Jenner seized the show at the 2025 Met Gala with a stunning gown that perfectly combined sculptural, crisp tailoring with high-octane glamour. Wearing a custom Ferragamo gown, the beauty mogul, who is renowned for her memorable fashion moments, made a triumphant return to the famed stairs of the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Her ensemble included a sleek black corseted bodice and a suit-inspired sweetheart neckline, which gave way to a smartly fitted skirt with black-and-white embroidery. Dramatic flair was imparted by a bold thigh-high split on her left leg.
In keeping with her sophisticated style, Jenner wore her hair in a bun and accessorised with traditional closed-toe black shoes, silver jewellery, and sheer black gloves. The simple yet striking design was further emphasised by a flowing black silk scarf that was thrown over her shoulders before she took it off later in the evening.

Her appearance at the 2025 Met Gala is consistent with her changing sense of style. In a 2024 interview, Kylie Jenner discussed how becoming a mother and going through personal development changed her sense of style. She said that her style had become more “dark feminine,” reflecting her increased maturity and self-assurance in her late twenties. She disclosed that juggling parenting, gaining and losing weight, and ultimately recovering her confidence were all part of her transformational twenties. She claimed to feel more confident than ever at the age of 27.
The 2025 Met Gala honours the creativity and impact of Black fashion over the ages with the theme “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style”. The exhibition, which is being held as a fundraiser for The Costume Institute, explores the cultural relevance of the Black dandy and is based on Monica L. Miller’s seminal book Slaves to Fashion. “Tailored for You”, the evening’s dress code, paid homage to traditional menswear while adding a contemporary, individual touch.
Despite walking the 2025 Met Gala red carpet alone this year, Jenner and her boyfriend, Timothée Chalamet, recently turned heads at BAFTAS with their synchronised black ensembles.
