Lana Del Rey’s Song Teased in Preview for Next Episode of ‘Euphoria’
A new song by Lana Del Rey will be premiered for an upcoming episode of Euphoria. Earlier this month, fans started speculating that Del Rey had penned a song for HBO’s teen drama.
Now, an episode teaser features the singer’s new shared music. It’s unclear if the song, whose title is currently unknown, will appear in season two, episode three (premiered January 23) or only serve as part of the preview.
Fans claimed in early January that a new Del Rey track was planned for the show. Del Rey joins Labrinth to introduce the show’s original music. The latter artist has had songs including “Still Don’t Know My Name” and the Zendaya-led movie “All for Us” on the show.
Elsewhere, old and contemporary songs have been featured on the show, including Gerry Rafferty’s “Right Down the Line” and DMX’s “Party Up,” among others. In the first season, songs such as Billie Eilish’s “You Should See Me in a Crown” and Arcade Fire’s “My Body Is a Cage” were featured.
Earlier this month, Zendaya issued a warning to Euphoria fans when she aired the first episode of the show’s second season. Taking to Twitter a few hours before the episode, Zendaya asked enthusiasts to watch the show only if they are comfortable because of the darkest themes of the second season.
