Lana Warns Fans Against Her Upcoming Video

Lana Del Rey has kept her fans waiting for the drop of her upcoming album, “Chemtrails over the Country Club”. The ‘Born To Die’ singer took to Instagram to warn her fans against thinking anything of her arm cast and sling in her upcoming video. She promised them it is no prop and just a result of her clumsy self. Just like us, isn’t she?

The Story Behind The Sling

She posted a picture of her sporting a hat and the sling on Sunday, (Dec.27th) along with the caption, “When you see my second video for this album, don’t think that the fact I’m wearing a cast is symbolic for anything other than thinking I was still a pro figure skater,”. The singer is seen flipping through some vinyl collection.

She continued, “I wiped out on my beautiful skates before the video even began after a long day of figure eights and jumps in the twilight of the desert. Anyways my fracture isn’t that bad kind of goes with my new bucket hat. Thanks to my beautiful family for my gifts.”

The post includes a screenshot of Lana with her family who she thanked for the gifts that she was seen unwrapping. Joan Baez’s 1975 “Diamonds & Rust” and a collection of Norman Rockwell magazine cover made it to the singer’s post and holiday presents.

The Wait Is Almost Over

Ever since the release of her first single, ‘Let Me Love You Like A Woman’, fans can’t keep cool. Lana kept her fans in the loop as she provided an update regarding the completion of the album. She previewed a video as well for the title track for the album. This is scheduled to release on the 11th of January in 20201.

The announcement Lana Del Rey made in November stated that she would be pushing the release of the album by 16 weeks as a result of a delay in availability of vinyls.

Well, the wait isn’t much longer and Lana Del Rey’s fans will be in for a treat early in 2021. And we cannot wait to listen to what the singer has created for us!
