Life Is Good With Drake In 2020
The new year has just begun and we’ve already got news of a great collab! Drake and Future have new music on the way, the ‘Hotline Bling’ hit maker took to Instagram to break the news and announced the title of the song, which is, ‘Life Is Good.’
It’s quite possible that “Life Is Good” is proof that Drake and Future are preparing to drop a sequel to What a Time to Be Alive, their joint commercial mixtape released in 2015. Nearing the end of December, the rappers were also spotted shooting a music video in a restaurant. Meek Mill , Made-It and 21 Savage were also seen on set.
But over the years, Drake hasn’t had the best relationships with others in the rap fraternity. He’s had a long standing feud with Kanye West and Pusha T. His relationship with The Weeknd also hasn’t been particularly peachy, but thankfully, Drake decided to put their differences aside when he came out with the track, ‘War’. Well, one down, two to go! Hopefully, the rapper will be able to patch up with West and Pusha T this year. Reflecting on this, Drake said, “My goal is to always uplift and show love to rappers that are buzzing and gaining the world’s attention. My goal is to use our talks that we all use without having it feel like I am taking sides. My goal is to make anyone feel like with the right songs and the right team and the right amount of drive and focus they can push past the darkness and be able to provide for their people and create a legacy.”
After the success of ‘What a Time to Be Alive’, both artists shot to fame. Their tracks on the mixtape managed to dominate the charts world over and since then, fans have been waiting for a sequel. And now, it looks like the rappers are making this dream come true!
