Lil Uzi Vert released a new song named ‘Space Cadet’ just days after announcing his upcoming EP ‘Red & White’.

On 16th July, Vert released the song on SoundCloud. It has a rumbling bass, quick bars and a fierce, authentic spirit. The song features the same artwork as his ‘Red & White’ EP, indicating that it is one of the songs on the record even if it hasn't yet appeared on Spotify or Apple Music.

The rapper was referred to as ‘this generation's Lil Wayne’ by NME's Kyann-Sian Williams in a five-star review of the album. According to Williams, Uzi "confirms his place as a current great, whose albums operate as timestamps for rap" on this lengthy song that was inspired by Greek mythology.
In the same year, Future and Vert collaborated on the album ‘Pluto x Baby Pluto,’ which they teased with the tracks ‘Patek’ and ‘Over Your Head.’ Less than a week later, they followed up with the release of a deluxe version of the album that included eight more brand-new songs.
