Lilo & Stitch Live-Action Cast Revealed: See the Characters Compared to the Animated Originals
On 23rd May 2025, Disney’s cherished cartoon classic ‘Lilo & Stitch’ will make its live-action debut. The charming story of the strange bond that forms between a mischievous alien named Stitch and a lonely girl named Lilo will be retold in the movie. The plot of the remake will be very similar to that of the original, even though new characters will be added.
Lilo, played by Maia Kealoha in her first part, was thrilled to hear the news and shared her happiness with her family. Though Kealoha pointed out that Lilo’s room is crammed with toys, unlike her own, she can identify with Lilo’s love of crafts and their shared inventiveness. Kealoha also hinted at her favourite part to shoot, a heartfelt and poignant sequence from the film.
