Listen to Nia Archives’ Electrifying Remix of Jamie xx’s ‘Waited All Night’

Nia Archives has put her unique spin on Jamie xx’s track ‘Waited All Night’ with an electrifying jungle remix. The original song, from Jamie’s latest album In Waves, features his bandmates Romy and Oliver Sim of The xx, marking the first time all three have collaborated on a track since I See You in 2017.

Nia Archives has now shared her jungle-infused take on the song, which she and Jamie have both previewed during live performances across recent months. Excited about the remix, Nia shared that she was thrilled to remix her favourite track from Jamie’s album. She went on to explain that she embraced a “happy hardcore” style for the remix, which has been a hit at her recent US and EU tour stops.

In related news, Jamie xx has been announced as one of the inaugural headliners for LIDO festival, where he will also curate a day of performances. His curated line-up features an impressive roster, including his xx bandmate Romy, along with Panda Bear, John Glacier, Arca, Sampha, DJ Gigola, Shy One, Wookie, and livwutang.

Meanwhile, Jamie xx is currently on his In Waves world tour, supporting his latest album of the same name. This marks his first solo full-length release since his acclaimed 2015 album, In Colour.
