Little Mix are Sexy Queens in New Video: Watch Now

British girl group ‘Little Mix’ just dropped the alternative music video for their latest release – ‘Break Up Song‘. The quartet were forced to cancel their official music video for the track given the circumstances amid the Corona virus pandemic. But, they rose to the occasion just fine, and put out an alternative music video earlier today. 

The group revealed the release with a Tweet that reads “We were so gutted to have to cancel the official video shoot that ourselves and our team had worked so hard on. We loved the concept so much that we had to get creative to make sure you could still all see it!” Little Mix reportedly worked closely with their creative team to execute the video.

Their track, ‘Break Up Song’, released back in early April, marked their comeback to the music scene after a short break. Fans were eager to receive the song as it offers an alternative to the usual Little Mix sound. The song is complete with a new disco-pop sound. And so, it’s only right the girls dawn glam disco-queen looks for the music video. 

Getting cheeky with the premise of a ‘Little Mix TV’ channel, the girls take on roles of ‘Morning Show hosts, The Weather Woman and more. Before greeting us in envious glam, they take us through a world of quirky stop-motion animation. It is fun, colourful and just the kind of relief you need this quarantine season. 

Meanwhile, Little Mix have been keeping themselves busy during Lockdown. Though they live apart from each other, they keep in touch over Face Time and video call every day. Member Jade Thirlwall revealed that she “misses the girls desperately“, while Leigh-Anne Pinnock said that “being apart from each other is so weird. We’re always together”. 

Fans have no reason to lament though. Little Mix is using this time wisely, working on new music everyday. There is no confirmation on song titles or release dates. But, with the way they’re hustling, we’re sure to get some soon.
