Little Simz’s triumph for Album Of The Year caps up a year in which she also won the Mercury Music Prize and comes a year after her first MOBO win for Best Female Act. Earlier in 2022, despite the fact that ‘Sometimes I Might Be Introvert’ was the rapper’s fourth album, she controversially won the BRIT award for Best New Artist.
