Lizzo and Austin Butler did a Christmas performance on Saturday Night Live! Later the pop star and ‘Elvis’ actor came together on TikTok to wish their fans and followers happy holidays with one of the iconic songs of the season: “We wish you a merry Christmas/ We wish you a merry Christmas/ We wish you a merry Christmas and a happy new year.” After the song finishes, the two stars embrace each other to commemorate the festive season for their fans.

“If we show up as Christmas carolers at your house wyd?” Lizzo captioned the jolly video. The stars came together for an episode of SNL on 17th December this year. This was the first time Butler hosted the show, but Lizzo made her debut in December 2019 when she performed a holiday themed version of ‘Good as Hell’. This April, she hosted and performed ‘About Damn Time’ and ‘Special’. In the latest episode that she starred in, Lizzo performed her cover of Stevie Wonder’s ‘Someday at Christmas’.

Lizzo and Butler gave their fans an early Christmas present, but the former has been in the festive mood for a long time now. Lizzo, in a recent interview with CBS Sunday Morning, also talked about her new house in L.A, which is the first ever home that she has owned. With regards to her Christmas spirit, she mentioned that she owned about half a dozen Christmas trees, and claimed to feel like a literal ‘Santa Claus’.
