Lizzo And SZA Announce The Release Date of Their ‘Special’ Remix

After a successful run with ‘Kill Bill’, SZA is all set to release a ‘Special’ remix with Lizzo. The ‘About Damn Time’ singer gave the fans a confirmation and revealed the release date for the song!

“‘Special’ featuring SZA drops tomorrow,” Lizzo posted to her Instagram. The fans commented on the post, stating their joy over this collaboration because it has been a long time in the making.

Lizzo hinted at their collaboration back in November. “Something Special coming your way soon… 👀 @sza,” she tweeted, along with a video of the singers and a snippet of the ‘Special’ remix.

As for SZA, she gushed over their friendship and said, “We just have so much fun together. And I feel like she gets me. She’s another person who has hella music tastes and doesn’t fit in anybody’s box of anything.”

SZA continued, “She makes it seem like she doesn’t even care, like she just does whatever she wants. And I just love being with her, just as a friend and hanging out. So whenever she comes to a studio, I just feel like, ‘Let’s drop into some bullsh–.’”
