Machine Gun Kelly Drops An Action-Packed Music Video

On August 27, 2020, Machine Gun Kelly joined forces with rapper Blackbear to release an epic music video for their track titled ‘my ex’s best friend.’ 

The video crosses all boundaries and treats fans to a roller-coaster ride of emotions. From driving around at high speeds to MGK rocking to the track with a neon pink guitar, the video has hyped me up for what’s to come. Two weeks ago, Machine Gun Kelly and Blackbear premiered the song with an unbelievable lyric video and brought their A-game again with this new video. 

Along with the video, the two singers did a Q&A session where they answered questions about the record and its making.

In reply to one of the questions they said, “We recorded this [my ex’s best friend] about a year and a half ago,” Machine Gun Kelly says. “We re-recorded it 18 more times, went through a billion different production[s].”

The two minutes and thirty-two seconds video is well worth your time. In under 24 hours, the video has racked up over 1.2 million views. With MGK’s track record, this song is definitely going to become bigger with time.

This song is one of the three singles from Machine Gun Kelly’s new album titled ‘Tickets To My Downfall.’ The album is slated to release on September 25, 2020, and has been announced to have fifteen songs. 

Machine Gun Kelly Is Set To Perform At VMAs

Machine Gun Kelly, Blackbear and Travis Barker are set to perform ‘concert for aliens‘ at the pre-show of this year’s MTV Video Music Awards. That isn’t all about the show that has MGK fans excited. The ‘I Think I’m OKAY’ singer is nominated for his first VMA in the Best Alternative category for his track ‘Bloody Valentine‘.

With MGK dropping new bangin’ videos week after week he has fans around the world on the edge of their seats. Given the fact that the release of the new album is less than a month away, we can’t wait to hear what’s to come.
