Madonna Celebrates Son Rocco Ritchie's Paris Art Exhibition with Rare Photos

Rocco Ritchie, Madonna's son, has developed into a gifted painter, and the happy mother recently gave fans a unique glimpse inside his creative process. Madonna, 66, posted a number of pictures to Instagram from her recent trip to London, where she went to see her 24-year-old son's most recent art show.

Madonna said in the caption of her photo that she got back together with friends and traveled to Paris to see Rocco's exhibition, ‘The Tourist’, which she described as the ideal cure for depression. In addition to a sweet picture of Madonna cuddling her kid, the pictures show her chatting with Michele Lamy, the wife of fashion designer Rick Owens, while they admire Rocco's blue-toned impressionist paintings.

The singer of ‘Like a Prayer’ accompanied David, Mercy, and the twins Stella and Estere to Rocco's Miami exhibition, ‘Pack a Punch’, which was based on Muay Thai fighters, earlier this year. Madonna celebrated Rocco's artistic journey by posting a charming throwback on his 24th birthday.

Even though Rocco's different phases have delivered many surprises along the road, Madonna honoured his birthday by saying that his artistic spirit and curiosity have been the glue holding them together. She discussed her family's creative connection in an April interview with W Magazine, saying that touring is particularly meaningful because everyone is working on the same show. Even if they are an artistic family, she continued, they are still family first, which inevitably causes disagreements from time to time.
