Mark Zuckerberg Has Dropped an Acoustic Rendition of ‘Get Low’ Featuring T-Pain
Mark Zuckerberg and T-Pain have collaborated on an acoustic cover of the classic track ‘Get Low’ by Lil Jon and the East Side Boyz, now available on streaming platforms under the name ‘Z-Pain.’
Zuckerberg shared on Instagram that he recorded the song as an anniversary gift for his wife, Priscilla. He explained that ‘Get Low’ was playing at a college party when he first met her, so they make a tradition of listening to it each year on the anniversary of their first meeting. This year, he worked with T-Pain to create their own version of the track, calling it a tribute to the “lyrical masterpiece.” He added that the track is available on Spotify, signing off with a heartfelt message to his wife, Priscilla.
Zuckerberg takes the lead on most of the vocals, while T-Pain adds ad-libs, backing vocals, and a verse. The track is an uncensored, slowed-down acoustic rendition.

The acoustic version of ‘Get Low’ has a hint of a country vibe, which is something T-Pain has been exploring for some time. Earlier this year, he shared that he has intentionally left his name off the writing credits for some country songs because of the racism he faced in response.
He explained that he believes good music transcends genre, saying that he doesn’t care where music comes from or how it’s styled. For him, country music has been a key influence, especially when it comes to harmonies. However, he admitted that he stopped taking credit for his country songwriting due to the negative backlash. While it’s rewarding to see his name on credits, the racism that followed made him prefer to just accept the payment without being publicly acknowledged.
