Miley Cyrus’s ‘Something Beautiful’ Hits Cinemas for One Night Only

Miley Cyrus has revealed that a special one-night screening of her visual feature ‘Something Beautiful’ will take place in UK theatres.  Thirteen original songs from her upcoming album, ‘Something Beautiful’, which is scheduled for release on 30th May, are featured in this pop opera-style movie.  To improve the theatrical experience, renowned engineer Alan Meyerson has specifically mixed the tracks.

 On 12th June, the movie will make its North American premiere. On 27th June, it will make its debut in the UK and other international markets.  Fans will get a rare opportunity to witness this distinctive combination of fashion, music, and cinema on a large screen when tickets go on sale. Something Beautiful will make its international premiere at the Tribeca Festival in New York City before going on sale.

Miley Cyrus co-produced the project with Panos Cosmatos and XYZ Films, working with Live Nation, Columbia Records, and Sony Music Vision. With collaborations from industry heavyweights Shawn Everett and Panos Cosmatos, who each brought a unique perspective to film, plus Miley Cyrus' love of music and cinematic storytelling, the project marks a creative milestone for Cyrus.

Miley Cyrus revealed earlier this year that ‘Something Beautiful’ is a visual album that draws inspiration from Pink Floyd's seminal 1979 album ‘The Wall’.  Miley Cyrus began her contemplative journey with her 2023 album "Endless Summer Vacation," which explores themes of personal growth and rehabilitation. Following the album's launch in March, a trailer and music videos for the title track and the song ‘Prelude’ were released.  Early in April, ‘End Of The World,’ the official lead single, was made available.

Fans got a sneak peek at the movie and record in May when Spotify held an exclusive listening and viewing event called ‘An Evening with Miley Cyrus’ in New York City.  Cyrus followed up with another track, ‘More To Lose,’ which was her first solo release since ‘Endless Summer Vacation’ in late 2023 and her Cowboy Carter collaboration with Beyoncé the previous year.
