My Chemical Romance are Back for a Reunion Show!

My Chemical Romance is making a return to the music scene and we are over the moon about this!

Rumors began swirling just a few days back, when the band launched an official Instagram page for the first time and made various other updates across its socials.  

After creating just the right amount of suspense, the rock band announced that they’re reuniting for a comeback show in Los Angeles, this December. Led by Gerard Way and formed in 2001, MCR are best-known for hits including, ‘Welcome To The Black Parade’ and ‘Teenagers’.

When announcing their break-up in 2013, the band said: “We’ve gotten to go places we never knew we would. and we’ve been able to see and experience things we never imagined possible.We’ve shared the stage with people we admire, people we look up to, and best of all our friends. And now, like all great things, it has come time for it to end.”

Their most successful album, ‘The Black Parade’ reached the No.2 spot on both the Billboard 200 and the UK Albums Chart, selling more than four million copies worldwide. But now, this begs the question, will we see more new music on its way? More reunion shows? Perhaps maybe…a new album? Well, only time will tell!

For now, we can join the numerous other artists from Linkin Park to Billie Eilish in their excitement over this reunion!
