New ‘Biutyful’ Video By Coldplay With An Alien Band ‘The Weirdos’

Check out the new video for Coldplay’s song ‘Biutyful’ featuring puppet group ‘The Weirdos’ below.

Chris Martin had previously performed the song from ‘Music of the Spheres’ on television with puppets, and the band’s lead singer Angel Moon has been joining them on their current global tour.

Jim Henson’s Creature Shop created the puppet band, which was just signed to Atlantic and Parlophone Records.

The Weirdos transform from up-and-coming wannabe rock stars in the ‘Biutyful’ video into a massive, arena-filling act.

This week saw the start of Coldplay’s ‘Music Of The Spheres’ world tour; new support bands for the dates have recently been revealed.

The likes of Griff, Ibibio Sound Machine, Laura Mvula, Nina Nesbitt and others will perform alongside H.E.R. and London Grammar.

To assist their fans in choosing low-carbon and environmentally friendly commutes to and from their concerts, the band released a unique app in May to go along with their world tour.

The band was one of many well-known figures who signed an open letter imploring world leaders to act on the urgent issues of extreme poverty and climate change last month.
