NEW TRACK: Gallant’s Insomnia

Gallant just dropped the title track “Sweet Insomnia”, from the album of the same name, set to release on the 25th of October.

The “Weight in Gold” hitmake has teamed up with ‘6lack’ for the smooth indulgent track as the two artists talk about sleeplessness while they embrace a romantic distraction described in their verses ““Sweet insomnia/ You make it hard for me to sleep by myself, myself.”

The track was recently featured in the Kendall and Kylie Fall/Winter collection promotion on Instagram. The new album “Sweet Insomnia” features previously released singles “Sharpest Edges,” “Crimes” and “Sleep On It.”

The album will be a follow up of Gallant’s debut studio album “Ology” which featured his debut single “Weight in Gold”. “Ology” was nominated for a Grammy Award in the Best Urban Contemporary Album, at the 59th Annual Grammy Awards in 2017.

Getting a Grammy nomination on a debut album is a big deal and this only makes us more curious about the upcoming release. Till then let’s indulge ourselves in silky smooth single – “Sweet Insomnia”
