Nicki Minaj Hints at Upcoming Album and 2025 Tour

Nicki Minaj has started dropping hints about an upcoming project. On November 23, the rapper engaged with fans on social media, where she confirmed plans for a new tour to coincide with her “next official album.”

In a subsequent post, she clarified her statement, explaining that details about the tour would be announced in 2025, alongside the album’s release, but the tour itself would not necessarily begin that year.

The update comes just weeks before Nicki Minaj releases the final deluxe edition of her 2023 album, Pink Friday 2. Titled Pink Friday 2 – The Hiatus, the deluxe version is set to drop on December 13, approximately a year after the original album’s debut.

Last month, Minaj addressed rumours of an upcoming hiatus, firmly dismissing them with the statement that she is “not going anywhere.” The speculation arose after the conclusion of the second U.S. leg of her widely praised Pink Friday 2 world tour, which wrapped up at New York’s UBS Arena. 

A tweet from NM Caviar, a prominent Nicki Minaj fan account, claimed that the rapper had announced a hiatus. When questioned about the source, the fan page attributed the claim to comments Minaj reportedly made during a Stationhead broadcast.
