Nicky + Adele = Ain’t happening

Nicki Minaj just dispelled all the rumours about a possible collab between her and Adele. She took to Twitter, explaining that she was just being sarcastic when she mentioned that the two of them had already finished shooting a music video.

“Omg guys,” she wrote, “I thought everyone could clearly see I was being sarcastic. Shit! Now I have to go to Adele’s studio & steal some files. Who’s in the UK? I got a job for you.”
Die-hard Adele fans are very much aware that she’s been a loyal fan of Nicki Minaj, if her ‘Carpool Karaoke’ with James Cordon is anything to go by. The ‘Skyfall’ singer rapped Nicki’s verse ‘Monster’ and it possibly had her fans wondering what Adele can’t do, because her rap was just on point. But for now, it appears the two will just remain admirers of one another’s work.

Well, Nicki’s unpredictable, so you never know, she might just drop a collab when you least expect it, much like her tweets!
