Offset Got a Full Back Tattoo to Honour His Cousin Takeoff

Offset paid tribute to his cousin Takeoff with a tattoo that covers his entire back. This tattoo is an artistic representation of a photo of the late rapper. Takeoff was not only Offset’s family member, but he was also his Migos bandmate before he passed away in an unfortunate event last year. Offset showed off his new tattoo on Instagram. 

“Love you 4L & after,” Offset captioned the post.

Offset took to Instagram to express his grief over Takeoff’s death last year and wrote, “The pain you have left me with is unbearable. My heart is shattered and I have so many things to say, but I can’t find the words. I’ve been going to sleep and waking up hoping that all of this is a dream, but it’s reality and reality feels like a nightmare.”

He lovingly called the late rapper ‘Take’. Offset also previewed a new song just a month ago, which features a posthumous Takeoff verse on his Instagram stories. The video was 56 seconds long, and had Icewear Vezzo and Takeoff exchanging bars. Offset then bursts through with fiery lines and completes the song.
