Olivia Rodrigo Fans Identify Another Teaser Directing at 30th June

It appears that Olivia Rodrigo has some plans in mind. Another subtly-dropped hint from the ‘Drivers Licence’ hitmaker suggests that 30th June should be noted.

While listening to ‘Drivers Licence’ on the streaming service, users have observed that the Spotify Canvas has been modified. Fans are speculating whether 30th June will actually mark the end of her ‘Drivers Licence’ (and ‘Sour’) phase and the beginning of anything new. This is because the clip which features art inspired by an actual licence, now has 06-30-23 marked as the card’s expiration date.

Although it’s currently unknown, the date on the ‘Drivers Licence’ card corresponds to the date seen on a mysterious countdown clock on her official website. Rodrigo sent out an email to her followers to announce the beginning of the countdown.

Rodrigo has talked for some time about the follow-up to her debut album, ‘Sour’, but she hasn’t specified what would happen after the timer expires. When ‘Sour’ was released, it debuted at No. 1 and spent five weeks at the top of the Billboard 200 albums list in 2021. It included the Hot 100 No. 1 singles ‘Drivers Licence’ and ‘Good 4 U.’

The musician let her fans know in January that she had returned to the recording studio with producer Dan Nigro. “Working on so many new songs, I’m excited to show you,” she wrote in the caption of the video. “Thank you for everything.”

She stated in May that her second album “is so so so so close to being done.”
