Olivia Rodrigo Hopes to Star in a Coming-of-Age Movie And Dreams of a Duet With Noah Kahan

Olivia Rodrigo revealed her aspirations during an interview, expressing a deep desire to take on a starring role in a film while attending the Academy's Governors Awards in Hollywood.

“I really want to do a coming-of-age thing maybe before I’m actually of age. Maybe I am of age already. I just love telling stories, whether that be in a song or movie, that’s really something that really excites me,” she said.

She graced the Governors Awards supporting ‘Can't Catch Me Now’, her single which featured on the soundtrack of ‘The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes’. Notably, this song has garnered recognition by being shortlisted for consideration at the Oscars.

Rodrigo also expressed her desire for a collaboration with Noah Kahan for a duet, a Grammy nominee for Best New Artist. She conveyed her admiration, stating, "I think he's incredibly talented and quite inspiring." With optimism in her tone, she playfully added, "Fingers crossed, maybe one of these days."
