Since Olivia Rodrigo's debut album 'Sour' dropped about two years ago, her army of followers have reasons to believe that their queen will soon release some new music. The rumours started when the singer gave a special video message to her biggest fans as part of Spotify Wrapped this year.
“Hey, it’s Olivia! I just wanted to say thank you so much for listening to my music this year,” she said in the fan-captured clip. “I truly couldn’t be more grateful and I’m so excited for next year, and all of the new things and new music that 2023 will bring. So I’m sending so much love your way and thank you again! Bye!”
In addition to the No. 1 hits 'Drivers License,' 'Deja Vu,' 'Good 4 U,' 'Brutal' and 'Traitor,' Rodrigo's debut album also featured fan favorites' '1 Step Forward, 3 Steps Back,' 'Happier' and 'Jealousy, Jealousy.' But since the singer debuted 'Sour', a lot has transpired in her life. She recently started her first headline tour around North America and Europe, appeared in season three of 'High School Musical: The Musical: The Series', and had the premieres of her concert film 'Sour Prom' and documentary 'Driving Home 2 U (A Sour Film)'.

Most recently, Rodrigo performed 'You're So Vain' to honour Carly Simon at her induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of the class of 2022. She also spoke with Jenna Ortega, a former co-star, about her leading role in 'Wednesday'.
