Pamela Anderson Steps Back From New ‘Baywatch’ Documentary

Pamela Anderson is redefining her public image and reflecting on how she wants to be perceived in the future. The iconic model and actress, best known for her roles in Baywatch and ‘Playboy’, is stepping away from projects tied to her past fame. In a candid interview, she expressed her desire to distance herself from the persona that initially launched her to stardom.

Anderson revealed that despite ongoing rumours, she has no involvement in a new ‘Baywatch’ documentary being developed by Hulu. “Even today, someone showed me something that Hulu’s doing, some kind of Baywatch documentary, which I have nothing to do with,” she explained.

Despite the producers’ efforts to involve her, including offering producer credits to her children to sway her decision, Anderson remained firm in her refusal. “They tried everything, but I said, ‘No, I really don’t want to go backwards.’”

Reflecting on her portrayal in the Hulu series ‘Pam & Tommy’, Anderson clarified that she had no involvement in the project, which focused on her relationship with ex-husband Tommy Lee. The actress maintained that she was never consulted about the biographical drama, despite claims from the show’s creators that they tried to reach her. “I’ve never had any input. I didn’t know anything about it,” she said.

The leaked sex tape with Tommy Lee from their 1995 honeymoon remains a painful memory for Anderson. Recalling the incident, she described it as a “complete crime” committed against her.

The release of the ‘Pam & Tommy’ series resurfaced those old wounds, with Anderson admitting it hit her harder than she expected. “It made me so nauseous to even think about it again… It really felt like another kick in the stomach,” she shared, reflecting on the lasting impact it had on her personal life and career.
