Panic! At The Disco Returns for When We Were Young 2025 With Blink-182, Weezer, Avril Lavigne, and Others
The line-up for When We Were Young 2025 has been revealed, featuring the much-anticipated return of Panic! At The Disco, who had disbanded in 2023. On 29th October, the festival released its 2025 poster, which includes Panic! along with Blink-182, Weezer, Avril Lavigne, The Offspring, Knocked Loose, and other top acts.
In celebration of its 20th anniversary, Panic! At The Disco will perform their debut album, A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out, in full, along with other fan-favourite tracks, as announced by the band on Instagram.
Panic!’s reunion isn’t the only comeback set for next year’s festival. Post-hardcore band letlive. will perform as part of a farewell tour, confirmed by frontman Jason Aalon Butler earlier this year. Joining them are Never Shout Never, Jack’s Mannequin, and The Cab, while The Gaslight Anthem will perform following their own 2022 reunion.

The festival will feature a wide array of pop-punk bands, including All Time Low, Yellowcard, The Used, Simple Plan, Taking Back Sunday, Mayday Parade, and The Story So Far. For heavier sounds, Alexisonfire, Ice Nine Kills, Motionless In White, Kublai Khan TX, Bad Religion, Beartooth, and Loathe are also on the roster.
This year’s When We Were Young introduced a unique approach, with many bands performing entire albums from their discographies over two days. Standouts included My Chemical Romance’s The Black Parade, Jimmy Eat World’s Bleed American, A Day To Remember’s Homesick, and Dashboard Confessional’s Dusk and Summer.

The festival’s 2024 merch even went viral after fans noticed some band names had been misspelled, such as The All-American Rejects, New Found Glory, and We Are the In Crowd.
Panic! At The Disco frontman Brendon Urie had announced the band’s split in January 2023, explaining that he wanted to focus on his family as he and his wife, Sarah Orzechowski, prepared to welcome their first child.
