Playboi Carti Announces “Whole Lotta Red”

Playboi Carti is back! The American rapper-singer just announced his new album, “Whole Lotta Red” which is dropping on December 25th. Well, Santa Claus just heard our prayers on this one.

Playboi Carti has been in the news about the same album since August 2018. During an interview back then, he has revealed the title of the album. While working on the album in the same year, he disclosed that Virgil Abloh will be the creative director of the album.

Playboi has been constantly active on his social media to drop hints about the album. But, finally, he’s made the announcement. Though he’s not disclosed anything regarding it, just the cover art is out along with a pre-order link.

This Year Has Been Great For Playboi

Recently, he dropped “@MEH” which can surely be a part of the upcoming album. However, Playboi Carti has been pretty busy collaborating with other artists this year. Drake, the Canadian rapper got him on ‘Pain 1993’ which is part of “Dark Lane Demo Tapes”. Apart from this, he also hopped on Lil Yachty’s ‘Flex Up’ track. In 2019, Playboi featured with Solange and Tyler on ‘Almeda’ and ‘EARFQUAKE’ with the Creator. And of course, more.

If these tracks are anything to go by, then one can be sure that his album is going to be a hit. And, we will just have to wait for it!
