The ‘Espresso’ singer, Sabrina Carpenter, recently made an appearance on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’ to promote her new album, ‘Short n’ Sweet’, and her outfit perfectly reflected this new chapter in her career. Carpenter stunned in a baby blue sequin knit set, featuring a low-cut cardigan and matching hot pants. She completed the striking look with sky-high turquoise platform heels, creating a bold monochromatic ensemble.
Carpenter’s signature bombshell curls and retro pin-up style curtain bangs added to her glamorous appearance. Her makeup was equally stunning, with a blush-tinted glow, a rosy mauve lip, and feathery lashes.

For her performance of ‘Please Please Please’, Carpenter switched to a black beaded halter neck dress, featuring a unique lipstick stain printed on the shoulder—mirroring the one on her album cover. The actress delivered an orchestra version of the hit song, showcasing her versatility as both a performer and a fashion icon.
Carpenter continued her trend of old Hollywood-inspired looks during her headlining performance at Outside Lands, where she wore a glittery bodysuit adorned with sequins and fringe.
The dazzling outfit was styled by Jared Ellner, who sourced archival Roberto Cavalli and custom Ludovic de Saint Sernin pieces for the occasion. ‘Short n’ Sweet’, Carpenter’s sixth full-length album, is inspired by her “shortest” relationships, not her petite stature.
In an interview with Apple Music’s Zane Lowe, Carpenter explained the album’s title, saying, “I called it Short n’ Sweet for multiple reasons. It was not because I’m vertically challenged. I thought about some of these relationships and how some of them were the shortest I’ve ever had, and they affected me the most.”
