Selena Gomez Flaunts Engagement Ring While Singing Christmas Carols With Fiancé Benny Blanco
During the holidays, Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco are celebrating their engagement. Blanco, 36, posted a video of the couple cuddling while wearing warm winter clothing in December post-Christmas. As “Winter Wonderland” played live in the background of the video, Blanco and Gomez, both 32, lip-synced to it. With her hand delicately brushing a plush animal on Blanco’s chest, Gomez laid her head on his shoulder. The marquise-cut diamonds in her engagement ring shone brilliantly.
According to jewellery expert Ann Grimmett of Jared Jewelers, the ring weighs six carats and is valued at approximately $225,000. Gomez’s Instagram later included the same video.

Blanco also shared a video clip that showed the song being performed live by Nicholas Britell, a film composer who has worked on films including ‘Moonlight’ and ‘If Beale Street Could Talk’. In early December, Gomez shared a picture of her diamond ring on Instagram, announcing the couple’s engagement. In addition to a photo of Gomez grinning on a picnic blanket with Taco Bell food all around, her caption said, “Forever begins now.”
In a PEOPLE interview, Blanco discussed Gomez’s fondness for Taco Bell. “Even if you’re terrible at cooking, your partner will appreciate the effort,” he said, adding that he even learned how to prepare the chain’s famous beef to please her.

Blanco posted a video of Gomez partying with champagne on what looked to be the day of their engagement after Gomez announced their engagement. The video included their picnic and her song ‘Good for You.; “We can hear the wedding bells ringing now, so happy for you two!” was the sweet word on Taco Bell’s official Instagram account to wish the couple.
Gomez and Blanco are “perfect together” and “so supportive of each other,” according to a source close to the pair who told PEOPLE that they always want the best for each other.
