Suki Waterhouse Calls Fiancé Robert Pattinson the 'Greatest' Dad

Suki Waterhouse and her fiancé, Robert Pattinson, are embracing parenthood together.

At the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards, Waterhouse, 32, spoke to Access Hollywood, praising Pattinson, 38, as the "greatest" dad, noting that he was busy on set while their baby daughter was at home. She gushed about her day in New York City with their daughter, who was born in March, describing it as "heaven" and sharing that parenting "just keeps getting more fun."

The next day, during an appearance on the Today show, Waterhouse was asked about diaper duty, admitting that while she changes more diapers, Pattinson actually enjoys it. “He thinks it’s fun—the surprise and everything,” she laughed.

In July, during an interview on ‘The Run-Through with Vogue’ podcast, Waterhouse reflected on appearing on a magazine cover with her baby daughter and her experience performing at Coachella shortly after giving birth. She revealed that despite her initial denial about performing so soon after pregnancy, her team helped her prepare for the show, allowing her to hit the stage just a few hours away from home.

However, when it came to preparing for their daughter's arrival, Waterhouse shared that she and Pattinson took a more laid-back approach. “We were like, let’s just be surprised and see what it’s like,” she recalled. The first two weeks of parenthood were “insane,” but it also marked a new chapter for Waterhouse. She found the experience transformative, deepening her appreciation for her own mother and giving her a new perspective on motherhood.
