SZA Hints at an Upcoming Kendrick Lamar Album Release

SZA appears to be hinting that a new Kendrick Lamar album will be released soon. Lamar's last album, ‘Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers’, came out in 2022. Since then, he has dropped a few singles, all aimed at Drake as part of their feud earlier this year. However, SZA, who is close friends with Lamar and has collaborated with him multiple times, recently shared a post on social media that suggests Kendrick is preparing a new album.

Last week, Devin Malik, an affiliate of Top Dawg Entertainment and a collaborator of Kendrick’s, posted on social media: “Mood cause new k dot album otwwww.” SZA reshared this post, lending her support to the claims.

Kendrick Lamar has not yet responded to the speculation about a new album and has not announced any upcoming music. His last release was a single reportedly titled ‘Watch The Party Die,’ which has not been made available on any streaming platforms and is currently only accessible on social media.

Earlier this month, it was reported that Kendrick declined an offer to headline Coachella next year. In other news, Lamar has been confirmed as the headlining performer for the 2025 Super Bowl Halftime Show. He stated, “I don’t want you to miss it. Meet me in New Orleans, February 9, 2025. Wear your best dress too, even if you’re watching from home. Let’s go.”
