Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce Surprise Chiefs’ Chris Jones and Girlfriend With Thoughtful Christmas Gift

This Christmas, Taylor Swift and her boyfriend Travis Kelce cheered up Chris Jones and Sheawna Weathersby, the defensive tackle for the Kansas City Chiefs, with nice gifts.

Weathersby posted a picture of exquisitely wrapped gifts nestled beneath a joyous Christmas tree on her Instagram Story on Christmas. “Travis and Taylor” signed the accompanying card, which said only “Merry Christmas.” “So blessed & grateful this holiday season,” Weathersby commented beside the shot, adding a cheeky “Thank you, Tay Tay!!!” to express her gratitude.

Weathersby has openly shown her gratitude for Swift. Since November 2015, she and Jones have been together. While cheering for their spouses during a Chiefs vs. Bengals game back in September, the two women grew friends.

Taylor Swift’s influence has been felt throughout the season, despite her absence from the Kansas City Chiefs’ game against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Christmas Day. The superstar has supported Kelce on several occasions since wrapping up her record-breaking Eras Tour in Vancouver in early December. Swift was there at the Chiefs’ game against the Houston Texans on December recently, which the club won 27–19. A few days prior, Kelce had thrown her a surprise celebration with an Eras Tour theme to mark the end of her global tour.

Swift’s concerts served as inspiration for the party’s elements, which included friendship bracelets for attendees, clothing inspired by her many musical eras, and the famous cleaning cart she utilized on stage.

Swift made time to give back to the community while on vacation. She spent time with young children and their families at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City in December. She spoke with the kids, posed for pictures, and signed copies of her book on the Eras Tour while she was there. Swift was praised by their parent, who described her as gentle, amiable, and grounded.

Swift enjoyed Christmas last year at Arrowhead Stadium, where she cheered for Kelce during the Chiefs’ 20–14 loss to the Las Vegas Raiders. Swift attended the game with her family, including her brother Austin, who was dressed as Santa Claus while sporting a bespoke Santa hat with Kelce’s jersey number on it.
