Taylor Swift Has Made a Girl’s Dream Come True

Taylor Swift is making dreams come true, literally. The singer donated $30,000 to help an 18-year-old teenager, Vitoria Mario to become a mathematician.

The teenager set up a GoFundMe page to raise $53,000 in order to join the university to pursue her studies in math. Taylor Swift just did what she is known for, she helped the girl achieve her goal. The singer also helped the girl receive $58,000 on the page by nearly 1,000 donors.

The young black girl, Mario moved to the UK from Portugal in 2016 to gain a better education. With her bright academic record, the Universit of Warwick offered her to study Mathematics. However, with low financial background, she set up the fund and lucky her, Taylor Swift spotted it to help her.

Taylor Swift comments on the GoFundMe page, ” I came across your story online and am so inspired by your drive and dedication to turning your dreams into reality. I want to gift you the rest of your goal amount. Good luck with everything you do!”

Taylor Swift’s History Of Donating

In October 2018, Taylor Swift gave away $15,000 on the GoFundMe page to raise money for a family of a mother, who had been a coma for three years. Recently, in March, the singer donated $1 million to the Middle Tennesse Emergency Response Fund in order to help the communities who were impacted by the tornadoes in the US state.

Well, we all know how important this is to Vitoria Mario but most importantly we love the fact that Taylor always gives back to the community. You go, girl!
